Participants are invited to submit abstracts (1 page) for oral (15min) or poster presentation. For each session, oral presentations will be selected from submitted abstracts by members of the Scientific Committee.
Please send your abstract by e-mail, attached as an RTF document to ecdochania@maich.gr before July 1st, 2004.
The abstract should contain:
The entire abstract (typed in Times, 12 points) should not exceed 3000 characters including spaces. Please follow the format of the example below.

Body text - In contrast to the apoptotic and inflammatory caspases, caspase-14 does not autoprocess or induce apoptosis upon overexpression in eukaryotic cells. Moreover, this caspase appears to have a very restricted expression pattern in comparison to the other, ubiquitously expressed caspase family members. We examined the protein expression pattern of caspase-14 and found that it is expressed in the epidermis, thymus, brain and eye. The protein expression pattern of caspase-14 might be restricted to epithelia that are of ectodermal origin.
Until now the keratinocyte terminal differentiation pathway leading to cell death has not been unravelled …
The posters should be max. 140 cm high and 90 cm wide. Posters will be fixed to the panels with double sided tape (provided on site).
